摘　　要：阐述一种低电压、高电源抑制比(PSRR)的带隙电压基准源,分析原电路设计的局限性,设计了低电压、高PSRR的带隙电压基准源电路结构,仿真结果和理论分析结果一致,探讨设计电路在低压模拟电路、数字信号处理系统中的适用性。This paper describes a low voltage,high power rejection ratio(PSRR)bandgap voltage reference source,analyzes the limitations of the original circuit design,and designs a low voltage,high PSRR bandgap voltage reference circuit structure.The simulation results are consistent with theoretical analysis results,and explores the applicability of the designed circuit in low voltage analog circuits and digital signal processing systems.
