摘　　要：阐述多品种变批量的混合集成电路生产模式,包括精益生产和快速换模定义、HIC自动化生产工序换线方式,通过区分内外换线,形成适用混合集成电路生产的快速换线方法。This paper describes the production mode of hybrid integrated circuits with multiple varieties and variable batches,including the definition of lean production and rapid mold change,the HIC automated production process line change method,and the formation of a fast line change method suitable for hybrid integrated circuit production by distinguishing between internal and external line changes.
