摘 要:阐述在移动通信系统中,UE与基站之间的接入层AS间的通信是基于3GPP协议的AS层安全密钥参数对信令面数据和数据面数据进行加密和完整性保护。若在通信的过程中密钥参数发生变化,需基于安全参数修改流程来实现新密钥参数的更改,现有技术中的安全参数修改方法都是通过UE上下文修改过程这种小区内切换过程来实现的,其实现方法都比较简单,且普遍存在因用户设备UE和基站的安全参数修改不同步而导致确认模式AM业务数据收发混乱,有造成业务中断的风险。提出一种新的5G NR系统安全参数修改方法,能有效避免数据收发混乱问题及业务中断风险。This paper explains that in mobile communication systems,the communication between UE and base station in the access layer AS is based on the AS layer security key parameters of the 3GPP protocol to encrypt and protect the integrity of signaling and data plane data.If the key parameters change during communication,the new key parameters need to be modified based on the security parameter modification process.The security parameter modification methods in existing technologies are all achieved through the UE context modification process,which is a cell switching process.The implementation methods are relatively simple,and there is a common problem of confusion in the transmission and reception of AM business data in confirmation mode due to the asynchronous modification of security parameters between user equipment UE and base station,There is a risk of business interruption.It proposes a new method for modifying the security parameters of 5G NR system,which can effectively avoid the problem of data transmission confusion and the risk of business interruption.
