摘  要:在全面深化课程改革的大势之下,课程改革制度伦理研究应运而生。基于契约正义理论,课程改革需要坚守制度化的伦理精神,确保课程改革遵循支配性权力下的分配正义,规范性制度下的统合公平,协商性契约下的自由秩序。课程改革的制度伦理将课程政策、课程管理制度、教材编审制度、课程实施制度以及课程评价制度五者有效衔接起来,在共生交往的伦理价值中彰显课程改革的正义与公正取向,最大限度实现彼此间利益的共在表达与整合。以价值建构、制度规约和权责利的协调分配促进课程改革制度走向良序善治,既是将课程改革制度伦理付诸实践的重要路径,也是教育事业深化改革的需要。Under the general trend of comprehensively deepening curriculum reform,the research on institutional ethics of curriculum reform came into being.Based on the perspective of contractual justice,curriculum reform needs to adhere to the institutionalized ethical spirit to ensure that the curriculum reform follows the distributive justice under the dominant power,the integrated justice under the normative system,and the free order under the negotiated contract.The institutional ethics of curriculum reform effectively links up curriculum policy,curriculum management system,textbook editing system,curriculum implementation system and curriculum evaluation system,highlights the justice and justice orientation of curriculum reform in the ethical value of symbiotic communication,and maximizes the common expression and integration of other interests.Promoting the curriculum reform system towards good order and good governance through the value construction,system regulations and the coordinated distribution of rights,responsibilities and interests is not only an important path for the curriculum reform system ethics to be put into practice,but also the need for deepening the reform of education.
