摘  要:金融科技的发展推动了金融生态系统向互联网平台化演化,金融机构与互联网平台企业的战略合作联盟构成金融生态系统中的资金供给侧,此时供给侧的稳定合作关乎整个金融生态系统的稳定发展。文章基于演化博弈理论,结合收益矩阵和复制动态方程研究该金融战略联盟内的竞合关系以及影响竞合关系的因素。结果表明,非合作策略占据主导地位。只有双方超额利润均大于投机收益时,金融机构与互联网平台趋向于稳定合作。同时,良好的宏观经济环境、更多的合作超额收益以及更高的信息成本将增加合作的可能性,合作搜寻成本会降低合作的可能性,并且存在超额收益分配的最优系数。The development of financial technology has promoted the evolution of financial ecosystem to internet platform.The strategic alliance of financial institutions and Internet platform enterprises constitutes the capital supply side of the financial ecosystem.So the stable of cooperation is related to the stable development of the whole financial ecosystem.To analyse the mechanisms for cooperation,and to explore the factors affecting equilibrium strategies are explored based on evolutionary game theory together with payoff matrix and replicated dynamic equations.The results show that the non-cooperative strategy dominates the cooperative strategy.The financial institutions will cooperate with supply chain finance platform when their excess gains are both greater than the speculative gains.Under such conditions,favorable macroeconomic environment,more excess returns from cooperation and higher information cost will increase the possibility of cooperation.On the contrary,the cost of cooperation will reduce the possibility of cooperation.There is an optimal coefficient of excess returns distribution.
