摘　　要：中国共产党历经百年而愈久弥坚,仍然保持着旺盛的生命力,其中的秘密就在于其良好的政党韧性。所谓政党韧性,从系统的观点来看,本质上就是一种复杂适应系统的稳定和适应机制。从稳定机制来说,中国共产党始终坚持马克思主义的组织信仰、实现共产主义的组织愿景和人民至上的组织宗旨,构成了中国共产党政党韧性的系统硬核。从适应机制来说,中国共产党在百年风雨之中不断在意识形态、组织形态和制度形态上求新求变适应新环境、新变局,表现出强大的适应性和维生性,构成了中国共产党政党韧性的系统保护带。正是通过政党系统的硬核和保护带,中国共产党才能在百年风雨中保持其基业长青,表现出强大的政党韧性。The Communist Party of China has been strengthened for a hundred years and still maintains vigorous vitality.The secret lies in its good party toughness.The so-called party resilience,from a systematic point of view,is essentially a stability and adaptation mechanism of a complex adaptive system.In terms of stability mechanism,the CPC has always adhered to the Marxist organizational belief,realized the organizational vision of communism and the organizational purpose of people first,which constitutes the systematic hard core of the resilience of the CPC's political parties.In terms of adaptation mechanism,the Communist Party of China has constantly sought innovation and change in ideology,organizational form and institutional form,adapted to the new environment and new changes,showed strong adaptability and sustainability,and formed a systematic protection belt for the resilience of the Communist Party of China's political parties.It is through the hard core and protective belt of the political party system that the Communist Party of China can maintain its foundation and show strong political party resilience in the wind and rain of a century.
