摘　　要：本文评析了《国际安全》期刊上发表的《预见与判断:为什么人工智能增强了人在未来战争中的重要性》一文,探讨了人工智能在战争战略决策过程中所面临的语境挑战问题,以及战争环境下人工智能参与预测与判断的难度与不可控性,分析了军事决策中人工智能常见的决策过程及其特点,指出其中人工因素所起到的重要作用。AI has instigated the revolution of information technology in military affairs and cyber warfare.However,should technology be regarded as a mere substitute for military power?By reviewing "Prediction and Judgment:Why Artificial Intelligence Increases the Importance of Humans in War"published in International Security,the author discusses the contextual challenges faced by Al in the process of war strategic decision-making,as well as the difficulty and uncontrollable nature of its participation in prediction and judgment under the war environment.Meanwhile,the author looks at the processes and characteristics of AI in military decision-making,concluding that human play an important and indispensable role in wars.
