摘  要:[目的]探讨分析血清叉头框蛋白Q1(forkhead box Q1,FOXQ1)及UL16结合蛋白2(UL16-binding protein 2,ULBP2)的表达水平与大肠癌化疗患者远期生存的关系。[方法]选取接受6个周期化疗的115例结直肠癌患者,随访2年内患者生存情况,将患者分为存活组(52例)和死亡组(63例)。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清FOXQ1及血清ULBP2表达水平,同时搜集相关资料进行单因素、多因素分析,并绘制ROC曲线,评估血清FOXQ1及ULBP2表达水平对预测大肠癌化疗患者远期生存的价值。[结果]死亡组化疗前后血清FOXQ1及ULBP2表达水平均显著高于存活组,且存活组化疗后血清FOXQ1及ULBP2表达水平较化疗前均显著降低(P<0.05),死亡组化疗后血清FOXQ1及ULBP2表达水平较化疗前无明显变化(P>0.05);对2组进行单因素分析发现,年龄、TNM分期、化疗前后血清FOXQ1和血清ULBP2表达水平及并发症与大肠癌化疗患者远期生存密切相关(P<0.05);对统计学差异的单因素进行COX回归分析结果显示,TNM分期Ⅵ期(HR=4.660,95%CI:1.086~19.991)、化疗后FOXQ1≥7 ng/ml(HR=3.445,95%CI:1.193~9.948)、化疗后ULBP2≥79 ng/L(HR=3.854,95%CI:1.148~12.939)、并发症(HR=3.480,95%CI:1.735~6.978)是大肠癌化疗患者预后的危险因素(P<0.05);当化疗后血清FOXQ1截断值为7 ng/ml时,血清FOXQ1表达水平在区分大肠癌化疗患者死亡(n=63)与存活患者(n=52)的曲线下面积为0.648(95%CI:0.627~0.935),此时敏感性为0.731,特异度为0.624;当化疗后血清ULBP2截断值为79 ng/L,血清ULBP2表达水平在区分大肠癌化疗患者死亡(n=63)与存活患者(n=52)的曲线下面积为0.674(95%CI:0.568~0.923),此时敏感性为0.745,特异度为0.691。[结论]血清FOXQ1及ULBP2的表达水平与大肠癌化疗患者预后密切相关,化疗后血清FOXQ1及ULBP2表达水平与大肠癌化疗患者远期生存呈负相关关系,化疗后血清FOXQ1及ULBP2水平对预测大肠癌化疗患者远期生存具有一定参考价值,可为临床诊�[Objective]To explore and analyze the relationship between the expression levels of serum forkhead box protein Q1(FOXQ1)and UL16binding protein 2(ULBP2)and the long-term survival of patients with colorectal cancer chemotherapy.[Methods]A total of 115patients with colorectal cancer who received 6cycles of chemotherapy in our hospital from February 2018to February 2019were selected,and the survival status of the patients was followed up for 2years.The patients were divided into 52cases in the survival group and 63cases in the death group.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the expression levels of serum FOXQ1and ULBP2.At the same time,relevant data were collected for singlefactor and multi-factor analysis,and ROC curves were drawn to evaluate the value of serum FOXQ1and ULBP2expression levels in predicting the long-term survival of patients with colorectal cancer chemotherapy.[Results]The expression levels of serum FOXQ1and ULBP2before and after chemotherapy in the death group were significantly higher than those in the survival group,and the expression levels of serum FOXQ1and ULBP2in the survival group after chemotherapy were significantly lower than before chemotherapy(P<0.05),while the expression of serum FOXQ1and ULBP2in the death group after chemotherapy The level did not change significantly compared with that before chemotherapy(P>0.05);a univariate analysis of the two groups of related factors found that age,TNM staging,serum FOXQ1and serum ULBP2expression levels before and after chemotherapy,and complications are associated with long-term survival of patients with colorectal cancer chemotherapy close correlation(P<0.05);COX regression analysis was performed on the single factor of statistical difference.The results showed that TNM stage VI(HR=4.660,95%CI:1.086-19.991),FOXQ1≥7ng/ml-after chemotherapy 1(HR=3.445,95%CI:1.193-9.948),ULBP2≥79ng/L after chemotherapy(HR=3.854,95%CI:1.148-12.939),complications(HR=3.480,95%CI:1.735-6.978)is a risk factor for the prognosis of patients with colo
