摘  要:为了提升电化学发光免疫分析仪检测精度和灵敏度,提出了一种基于自适应单神经元PID控制的改进恒温控制系统,将PID控制与神经网络相结合,减小热噪声对免疫检测的影响,引入增益自适应调节方法,提升恒温控制系统的稳定性和适应性,并采用改进免疫分析仪探究CHB免疫蛋白与患者年龄之间的关系,验证改进分析仪在实际医疗应用中的实用性。实验结果表明,改进仪器的检测噪声值在25 dB左右,相较于传统PID控制,自适应PID控制模型的调节效率提升了87.5%。患者乙肝表面免疫蛋白阳性率随年龄增长呈现出下降趋势,0~2岁时期阳性率水平最高,在10~12岁之间和45~50岁之间呈现出波谷状态,24~26岁期间出现波峰。采用自适应PID控制实现免疫分析仪恒温控制,能有效提升免疫检测精度和稳定性,为医学诊断和治疗决策提供准确数据支撑。In order to improve the detection accuracy and sensitivity of electrochemical luminescence immunoassay analyzer,an improved thermostatic control system based on adaptive single neuron PID control is proposed.PID control is combined with neural network to reduce the impact of thermal noise on the immune detection.The gain adaptive adjustment method is introduced to improve the stability and adaptability of the thermostatic control system,The improved immune analyzer was used to explore the relationship between CHB immune protein and patient age,and to verify the practicability of the improved analyzer in practical medical application.The experimental results show that the detection noise value of the improved instrument is about 25 dB.Compared with the traditional PID control,the adjustment efficiency of the adaptive PID control model is increased by 87.5%.The positive rate of hepatitis B surface immune protein in patients showed a downward trend with age.The positive rate was the highest in 0-2 years old,showing a trough between 10-12 years old and 45-50 years old,and a peak between 24-26 years old.Using adaptive PID control to realize constant temperature control of immune analyzer can effectively improve the accuracy and stability of immune detection and provide accurate data support for medical diagnosis and treatment decisions.
