摘　　要：生物制品是指应用生物技术,以细胞、微生物、动物或人的组织或体液为原料制成的用于预防、诊断、治疗的药品,其在市场上以及临床治疗上所占比例均在不断上升。本文对眼科疾病中常用生物制品在眼用制剂中的应用[如重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor,rbFGF)、小牛血去蛋白提取物等在角膜损伤或角膜炎中的作用],以及不同生物制品之间联合应用的相关性(如羟糖苷与生长因子类药物联用效果等)作一综述。通过现有药物应用的启发,为生物制品在该领域的发展提供新的方向。Biological products refer to drugs made from microorganisms,cells,animal or human tissues or body fluids by biotechnology for the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of human diseases.The proportion of biological products in the market as well as clinical treatment is constantly increasing.This paper reviews the application of biological products commonly used in ophthalmic diseases in ophthalmic preparations,such as the effects of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(rbFGF)and deproteinized calf blood extracts on corneal injury or keratitis,and the combination of different biological products(such as the effect of glycoside combined with growth factor drugs),so as to provide a new direction for the development of biological products in this field through the inspiration of some existing drug applications.
