行为技能训练培训孤独症儿童教师实施回合式教学法的成效研究

摘　　要：回合式教学法是基于应用行为分析理论的一套教学程序,是现今国内特殊教育学校、康复机构最常使用的行为干预模式。本研究采用跨被试多探测实验设计,使用行为技能训练培训三名新手孤独症儿童教师实施回合式教学法,同时记录学生的目标行为改善情况。结果显示,三名新手孤独症儿童教师成功习得回合式教学法的操作技能,并产生良好的维持和泛化成效,学生的目标行为也得到改善。基于此,本研究对未来相关研究和实践提出建议。The Discrete Trial Teaching(DTT)is a set of teaching procedures based on the applied behavior analysis theory,and is the most common intervention model in special education schools and rehabilitation institutions in China today.In this study,a cross-subject multi-probe experimental design was used to train three novice teachers of children with autism to implement the DTT using behavioral skill training.The result indicated that the three teachers successfully acquired the operation skills of DTT,and produced positive maintenance and generalization,as well as improvements in students'target behaviors.Recommendations for future research and practice were also provided.
