江苏高校教师超重肥胖与体质的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨江苏高校教师体质量指数(BMI)及中心型肥胖与体质指标的相关性。方法采用随机整群抽样方法对参加江苏省国民体质测试的656名高校教师BMI、腰围与体质指标进行分析。结果高校教师BMI与体质水平呈负相关(r_(1)=-0.46,r_(1)=-0.32,P<0.01),非中心型肥胖和中心型肥胖体质水平有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论高校教师BMI值越高,体质健康水平越低;中心型肥胖会影响教师体质健康水平,控制体重对高校教师体质健康至关重要。Objective To explore the correlation of body mass index(BMI)and central obesity with physique index among college teachers in Jiangsu.Methods Data of the BMI,waist circumference and body mass index among 656 college teachers who participated in the national physical fitness test in Jiangsu province were analyzed by random cluster sampling method.Results There was a negative correlation between BMI and body mass level of college teachers(r_(1)=-0.46,r_(1)=-0.32,P<0.01),and there was a significant difference between non-central obesity and central obesity(P<0.01).Conclusion The higher the BMI value of college teachers,the lower the physical health level;Central obesity will affect the physical health level of teachers and weight control is very important for teachers'physical health.
