摘  要:我国学校体育如今依然面临着诸多问题,体育课程教学亟待一个整体性的改革,本文以学校体育课程一体化研究为理论起点,运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,以学生终身体育和身心健康发展需求为逻辑主线,尝试着探讨体育课程理念和幼儿体育课程游戏化、小学体育课程兴趣化、初中体育课程多样化、高中体育课程专项化、大学体育课程亚竞技化(简称“五化”)的内涵以及构建“五化”学校体育课程理念体系,从而丰富学校体育课程一体化的理论研究,为体育教学的改革提供科学的指导思想。将孟凡强提出的“亚竞技运动”概念引入大学体育课程改革中去,结合大学生的体育需求和社会需求,探讨在中国特色社会主义新时代下应推动亚竞技化下的大学体育课程改革,多方位提供亚竞技交流平台,克服限制,全面参与亚竞技运动,利用亚竞技运动综合教育和延续传承高校体育文化。China's school physical education is still facing many problems,the physical education curriculum teaching urgently needs a whole reform,this article takes the school physical education curriculum integration research as the theoretical starting point,uses the literature material law and the logical analysis method,taking the needs of students'life-long Physical Education and physical and mental health development as the logical main line,this paper tries to probe into the connotation of the concept of physical education curriculum and the sports curriculum for preschool children,the interest of primary school physical education curriculum,the diversification of junior middle school physical education curriculum,the specialization of Senior High School Physical Education Curriculum,and the sub-competition of University Physical Education Curriculum(referred to as“five changes”for short),constructing the“five changes”school physical education curriculum idea system,so as to enrich the school physical education curriculum integration theory research,to provide scientific guiding ideology for the reform of physical education.Introduce Meng Fanqiang's concept of“sub-competitive sports”into the reform of college physical education curriculum,and combine the needs of college students with the needs of society,in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,it is necessary to promote the reform of college physical education curriculum under the condition of sub-competition,to provide a multi-directional platform for sub-competition exchange,to overcome the restriction and to participate in sub-competition in an all-round way,making use of the comprehensive education of sub-competitive sports and carrying forward the sports culture of colleges and universities.
