摘　　要：植物多酚具有酚羟基团,是多羟基酚类化合物的总称。植物多酚具有很多的生物学特性,又加之来源广和丰富等特点而被重视和研究,因此选择合理的提取方式至关重要。从传统提取技术、现代提取技术和新型提取溶剂等方面综述了其提取方法,并对其未来的提取和应用进行了展望,以期为植物多酚的精准提取和活性物质的个性化开发及高值化应用提供参考。Plant polyphenols,with phenolic hydroxyl groups,are the general name of polyphenolic compounds.Plant polyp-henols have many biological characteristics and have been paid attention to and studied for their wide and abundant sources.Therefore,it is very important to select a reasonable extraction method.In this paper,from the aspects of traditional extraction technology,modern extraction technology and new extraction solvent,the extraction methods were reviewed,and the future extraction and application were prospected,in order to provide reference for accurate extraction of plant polyphenols,personalized development of active substances and high-value application.
