摘 要:为了解枸杞叶茯茶加工过程中活性成分及抗氧化作用,对枸杞叶茯茶不同加工阶段样本活性成分进行研究,并分析发花完成后枸杞叶茯茶体外抗氧化活性。结果表明,枸杞叶茯茶加工过程中,所检测的主要活性成分除茶褐素含量上升外,其余成分均呈下降趋势。体外抗氧化试验发现,当枸杞叶茯茶水提取物质量浓度为80μg/mL时,对ABTS+自由基的清除率可达38.05%;当质量浓度100μg/mL时,对DPPH自由基的清除率达64.04%;当质量浓度为3.20 mg/mL时,对于OH自由基的消除率可以达到31.02%,说明枸杞叶茯茶具有较好的抗氧化作用。In order to investigate the active ingredients and antioxidant effects in the manufacturing process of Lycium barbarum leaves fu tea,we examined the active ingredients from different stages of Lycium barbarum leaves fu tea,and evaluate the antioxidant activity of Lycium barbarum leaves fu tea after flowering in vitro.The results showed that in the manufacturing process the contents of the main active ingredients detected were present a decreasing trend expect theabrownine.When the mass concentration of Lycium barbarum leaves fu tea water extract was 80μg/mL,the rate of scavenging ABTS+radicals was 38.05%;when the mass concentration was 100μg/mL,the rate of scavenging DPPH radicals was 64.04%;and when the mass concentration was 3.20 mg/mL,the rate of scavenging·OH was 31.02%,it showed Lycium barbarum leaves fu tea has good antioxidant effects.
