摘　　要：食品智能加工技术专业以服务区域经济为宗旨,以产业链为引导,岗位群为主线,进行课程设置,创建三化教学理念,创造“三个越接近”实训条件,大力开发新型教材,培养适应新时代服务区域海洋产品加工“用得上、留得住”的技术技能复合型人才。Food intelligent processing technology profession takes the regional economy as the purpose,takes the industrial chain as the guide,takes post group as the main line,sets up the curriculum,creates three teaching concept and the three closer training conditions,vigorously develops new teaching materials,training useful and retained technical skills talents to adapt to aquatic product processing of the new era.
