摘　　要：文章从用户兴趣建模、知识服务机制、知识资源管理三方面阐述了国内知识服务系统核心业务的研究进展,发现存在用户兴趣建模研究薄弱、知识服务机制研究亟待优化创新、知识资源管理研究参差不齐等问题,并由此提出用户兴趣建模趋向认知化、知识服务机制趋向智慧化、知识资源管理趋向智能化的新一代知识服务系统将成为研究趋势。The article clarifies the research progress of knowledge service system core business from three aspects of user interest modeling,knowledge service mechanism,and knowledge resource management.It is found that there are problems of the weakest user interest modeling research,knowledge service mechanism research to be optimized and innovated urgently,uneven knowledge resource management research and others.It points out that a new generation of intelligent knowledge service system will become a research trend,in which user interest modeling tends to be cognitive,knowledge service mechanism be wisdom,and knowledge resource management be smart.
