摘　　要：阐述三菱Fx-5U80MT PLC全自动洗车机的操作流程和原理,控制技术,高精度伺服定位控制系统会根据不同的车型设置对应的运动曲线,通过计算小车与升降架的位置,由伺服驱动器带动电机运作。This paper describes the operation process and principle,control technology,and high-precision servo positioning control system of Mitsubishi Fx-5U80MT PLC fully automatic car washing machine.The system will set corresponding motion curves according to different vehicle models,calculate the position of the car and the lifting frame,and drive the motor operation by the servo driver.
