摘 要:目的对遵义地区常见水果蔬菜中农药残留结果进行分析,为有关部门预防食物中毒事件提供科学依据。方法随机购买遵义市超市、零售店、便利店和农贸市场常见的9种蔬菜和7种水果各6份,以乙腈为提取溶剂,以DB-5MS毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)为色谱柱,用气相色谱质谱(GC-MS/MS)对水果蔬菜中常见的有机磷和硫丹类农药残留进行测定。结果96份样本包含54份蔬菜和42份水果。蔬菜检出农药残留25份,检出率26%;水果检出11份,检出率11%;均不超过农药残留最大限量(MRL),水果和蔬菜样本农药残留检出率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.908,P>0.05)。结论水果蔬菜农药残留检出率较低,但黔北地区水果蔬菜的食用安全性仍需进一步强化,提高农药残留危害的宣传力度,加强对农产品的市场监管。Objective To provide scientific evidence for prevention to food poisoning,this paper aims to assess the level of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables in Zunyi City.Methods We randomly purchased 6 portions of 9 kinds of vegeta-bles and 7 kinds of fruits commonly found in supermarkets,retail stores,convenience stores and farmers'markets in Zunyi City.Acetonitrile was selected as the extraction solvent,and DB-5MS capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm)as a chromatographic column.The residues of organophosphorus and endosulfan pesticides commonly found in fruits and vegeta-bles were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS).Results The 96 samples contained 54 vege-tables and 42 fruits;25 pesticide residues were detected in vegetables,with a detection rate of 26%,11 fruits were detec-ted,with a detection rate of 11%.However,the pesticide residues did not exceed their MRLs.There was no statistically significant difference in the detection rate of pesticide residues in fruit and vegetable samples(χ^(2)=12.908,P>0.05).Con-clusion Some pesticide residues have been detected in the common fruits and vegetables.It is necessary to monitor pesti-cide residues regularly to improve the food safety.
