摘 要:文章从马克思主义劳动过程理论出发,基于2018年中国综合社会调查(CGSS2018)数据,使用多项逻辑斯蒂回归方法,考察人机协同对劳动者就业的影响。研究发现:人机协同对劳动者就业有显著影响,且不同程度的人机协同对劳动者就业的工资水平、工作单位类型以及职业稳定性具有不同效应;人机协同过程中,高协同劳动者在就业中收益更多,中低协同度劳动者获益相对较少。基于上述结论,建议鼓励企业革新管理理念、推动劳动力市场结构调整、加强劳动者职业教育。From the perspective of Marxist labor process,based on the data of China Comprehensive Social Survey(CGSS)in 2018 and the division of human⁃machine collaboration,this paper uses multiple logistic regression methods to examine the impact of human⁃machine collaboration on labor employment.The research finds that:human-machine collaboration has a significant impact on labor employment,and different degrees of human-machine collaboration have different effects on the wage level,work unit and occupational stability of labor employment.In the process of human⁃machine collaboration,the labor with high degree of collaboration benefits more from employment,while the labor with low degree of collaboration benefits less.To this end,we put forward corresponding suggestions such as encouraging enterprises to innovate management concepts and measures,promoting the adjustment of labor market structure,and strengthening the training of labor vocational education.
