摘　　要：阐述医院科研效率评价体系构建方法,运用主成分分析、随机前沿分析等方法评价科研效率并分析主要影响因素,提出建议,包括加大医院科研人员投入、优化科研管理评价体系、调控基金项目投入等。The paper expounds the construction methods of hospital research efficiency evaluation system,uses principal component analysis(PCA),stochastic frontier analysis and other methods to evaluate research efficiency and analyzes the main influencing factors,and puts forward suggestions,including increasing the investment of hospital research personnel,optimizing the research management evaluation system,regulating the investment of fund projects,etc.
