摘　　要：笔者通过检索近10年来有关针灸治疗抑郁症的文献报道,对近10年来针灸治疗抑郁症的临床及机制研究概况进行综合分析和评述。针灸治疗抑郁症,临床除毫针针刺外,多配合电针、中药、西药等多种疗法综合治疗。针灸可以通过调节神经递质、神经可塑性、脑-肠轴以及炎性细胞因子等发挥抗抑郁的作用。当前,针灸治疗抑郁症的临床研究多局限于临床观察,缺乏远期随访,二者亦存在诊断及疗效评定标准不统一、缺乏多中心大样本的研究等问题,希望在以后的研究中不断完善及改进,以便更好地指导临床。By searching the literature on acupuncture treatment of this disease in the past 10 years,the author comprehensively analyzes and reviews the clinical and mechanical research of acupuncture treatment for depression in the past 10 years.Acupuncture for the treatment of depression,in addition to milli-needle acupuncture,is combined with various therapies such as electro-acupuncture,traditional Chinese medicine,and Western medicine.Acupuncture can exert antidepressant effects by modulating neurotransmitters,neuroplasticity,brain-bowel axis,and inflammatory cytokines.At present,the clinical research of acupuncture treatment for depression is mostly limited to clinical observation,lack of long-term follow-up,and there are also problems such as inconsistent diagnostic and efficacy evaluation standards,lack of multi-center large-sample research,etc.,and it is hoped that it will be continuously improved and improved in future research in order to better guide the clinic.This article is intended to provide a reference for acupuncture treatment of depression.
