儿科护士的共情能力状况及其与职业倦怠感和职业生活质量的关系

摘　　要：目的调查儿科护士共情能力现状并探讨其与职业倦怠感及职业生活质量的关系。方法2021年2—3月对本省10所医院儿科护士220名进行问卷调查,采用人际反应指针量表(IRI-C)评价共情能力、职业倦怠量表(MBI)评价职业倦怠感、护士的工作生活质量(QNWL)量表评价职业生活质量。结果最终获取有效调查对象211名,IRI-C量表总分为54.60±3.46分,条目均分2.48±0.80分,依据条目均分低水平35名(16.59%),中等水平117名(55.45%),高水平59名(27.97%)。不同年龄、职称、儿科工作年限、生育状况的护士共情能力差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MBI量表总分为64.49±5.50分,条目均分2.94±1.05分;QNWL量表总分155.68±12.48分,条目均分3.70±1.15分;不同共情能力水平的儿科护MBI、QNWL量表总分及条目均分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析提示,职业倦怠感与护士共情能力存在负相关性(r=-0.561,P<0.05),职业生活质量与护士共情能力存在正相关性(r=0.504,P<0.05)。结论儿科护士共情能力多处于中等水平,不同年龄、职称、儿科工作年限、生育状况的护士共情能力存在显著差异,可以重点关注儿科护士,加强针对性性培训,提高其共情能力,减轻职业倦怠感,提升职业生活质量。Objective To investigate the current situation of empathy ability in pediatric nurses and explore the relationship with job burnout and occupational life quality.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 220 pediatric nurses from 10 hospitals in our province from February to March 2021.Interpersonal Response Indicator Scale(IRI-C)was used to evaluate empathic ability,Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI)was used to evaluate job burnout,and Quality Nursing Work Life(QNWL)scale was used to evaluate professional life quality.Results A total of 211 effective subjects were obtained.The total score of IRI-C scale was 54.60±3.46 points,and the average score of items was 2.48±0.80 points.According to the average score of items,35 subjects(16.59%)had a low level,and 117 subjects(55.45%)had a medium level.59(27.97%)were highly qualified.There were statistically significant differences in nurses'empathic ability among different ages,professional titles,working years in pediatrics and fertility status(P<0.05).The total score of MBI scale was 64.49±5.50 points,and the average score of items was 2.94±1.05 points.The total score of QNWL scale was 155.68±12.48 points,and the average score of items was 3.70±1.15 points.There were statistically significant differences in the total score of MBI and QNWL and the average score of items in pediatric nursing with different levels of empathy ability(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis indicated that there was a negative correlation between job burnout and nurses'empathy ability(r=-0.561,P<0.05),and a positive correlation between professional life quality and nurses'empathy ability(r=0.504,P<0.05).Conclusion The empathic ability of pediatric nurses is mostly at the medium level,and there are significant differences in the empathic ability of nurses with different ages,professional titles,years of working in pediatrics and reproductive status.It is recommended to focus on pediatric nurses,strengthen targeted training,improve their empathic ability,reduce job burnout and improve the
