腰交感神经节射频毁损对酒精性周围神经病疼痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨腰交感毁损对酒精性周围神经病患者疼痛的临床效果.方法将40例患者随机分为对照组(C组)和腰交感毁损组(P组),每组20例;C组行常规治疗,P组在常规治疗上行CT引导下腰交感神经节射频热凝毁损.结果与治疗前比较,治疗后两组各个时间段VAS评分下降(P<0.05);与C组比较,P组治疗后VAS评分降低(P<0.05);P组的优良率和有效率都高于C组(P<0.05);两组均未发生相关并发症.结论在常规治疗酒精性周围神经病时联合CT引导腰交感毁损能够安全有效地缓解患者疼痛.Objective To investigate the clinical effect of alcoholic peripheral neuropathy combined with lumbar sympathetic damage in the treatment of pain.Method 40 patients were randomly divided into control group(group C)and lumbar sympathetic damage group(group P),20 cases in each group.Group C received conventional treatment,and group P received conventional treatment with CT guided radiofrequency thermal coagulation of low back sympathetic ganglia.Results VAS scores of the two groups at each time period after treatment decreased comparing with those before treatment,and VAS scores of group P decreased comparing with those of group C after treatment.The excellent rate and effective rate of group P were higher than those of group C;No related complications occurred in the two groups.Conclusion CT-guided lumbar sympathetic destruction can effectively and safely relieve pain in patients with alcoholic peripheral neuropathy.
