摘  要:2022年夏季在凌海市粮食储备库9号平房仓安装膜下内环流通风系统,开展了膜下内环流控温通风实仓试验,结果显示,膜下内环流通风控温效果明显。通风4 d后,上层平均粮温从22.5℃下降到19.2℃。上层1.0 m粮食通风降温均匀性较好。试验表明,采用弹簧卡槽形式固定塑料薄膜及粮堆气流下行方式膜下环流通风方法可行,然而存在的不同支风管风速和风量不均匀问题尚待解决。In the summer of 2022,a membrane internal circulation ventilation system was installed in the 9th bungalow of the Linghai Grain Reserve Warehouse,and a temperature control ventilation test was conducted on the membrane internal circulation.The results showed that the temperature control effect of the membrane internal circulation air was signifi cant.After 4 days of ventilation,the average grain temperature in the upper layer decreased from 22.5℃to 19.2℃.The ventilation and cooling uniformity of the upper 1.0 m grain is good.The experiment shows that the method of fixing plastic film in the form of spring slots and using airfl ow downward in grain piles is feasible.However the problem of uneven wind speed and air volume in different air ducts still needs to be solved.
