高质量发展背景下高职院校交通专业就业质量监测体系构建与评价研究

摘　　要：为研究交通强国背景下高职院校交通专业毕业生就业质量,引入体面就业和能岗匹配度理论构建质量监测体系,该体系包含9个二级指标和21个三级指标。采用语言价值变量与三角模糊数的关系确定各级评价指标的权重值,基于调研数据,采用TOPSIS方法对江苏省某高职院校交通专业毕业生就业质量进行评价。结果表明,该高职院校交通专业毕业生就业质量综合贴进度为0.7039,处于Ⅱ级水平。评价结果中薪酬福利满意度、职业稳定满意度、发展空间满意度和专业对口率均较低。In order to study the employment quality of graduates majoring in transportation in higher vocational colleges under the background of a powerful transportation country,the theory of decent employment and the matching degree of ability and post is introduced to build a quality monitoring system,including 9 secondary indicators and 21 tertiary indicators.The relationship between language value variables and triangular fuzzy numbers is used to determine the weight value of evaluation indicators at all levels.Based on the survey data,TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the employment quality of transportation graduates from a vocational college in Jiangsu Province.The results show that the comprehensive progress of the employment quality of the graduates of transportation major in this higher vocational college is 0.7039,which is at the level of Grade II.In the evaluation results,the satisfaction of salary and welfare,career stability,development space and professional matching rate are all low.
