摘　　要：成人高等教育作为高等教育的重要组成部分,在过去七十年里为我国实现高等教育普及化发挥了主要作用。进入新时代,人民对高质量教育的需求更加迫切。融入国家高等教育发展的主旋律,已成为成人高等教育工作者共同关注的话题。该文以普通高校成人高等学历教育为研究对象,尝试构建面向新时期普通高校成人高等教育的“一系统三阶段九监测”的教育教学质量保障体系,力求为成人学历高等教育质量提升探索有效策略。As an essential part of the higher education,the adult higher education plays an important role in the process of realizing the popularity of higher education in our country.Integration into the national higher education developmental theme,has become a common concern of adult higher education workers.This thesis takes adult higher education in general colleges and universities as the research object,tries to build a teaching quality guarantee system of"one system,three stages and nine controls"for adult higher education in general colleges and universities in the new period,and tries to explore effective strategies for improving the quality of adult higher education.
