摘　　要：目的 探讨课题研究型品管圈在构建医院全面质量管理内训体系中的应用与成效,为医院内训提供参考。方法成立品管圈小组,按品管圈10大步骤开展“基于ADDIE模型的医院全面质量管理内训体系的构建”活动,并评价活动成果。结果 63名正式内训师学员首次考核通过率为87.00%;建立了1个内训信息化平台,完善了师资、课程及学员3大资料库;内训师建档率、内训课程库信息化管理率提升至100.00%;学员学习护照建档完成率提升至90.32%,基本实现内训全流程信息化闭环管理。学员对医院内训的综合满意度由86.39%提升至96.95%。结论 基于ADDIE模型的医院全面质量管理内训体系“1+3+1”管理模式顺利构建,相关成果具有推广应用价值。Objective To explore the application and effectiveness of research-based quality control circle(QCC)in the development of internal training system on overall quality management in hospitals.MethodsAQCC group was established to develop an internal training system on hospital overall quality management based on the Analysis,Design,Development,Implementation,and Evaluation(ADDIE)model,during which ten major steps of QCC were applied.The results of the activity were evaluated.Results Among the 63 formal trainees,87.00%passed the examination after a single attempt.An internal training information platform was established,which covered the information of the teachers,courses,and trainees.Both the filing rate of internal trainers and the informationization rate of internal training course library increased to 100.00%.The filing rate of trainee IDs increased to 90.32%,basically realizing the closed-loop management of the internal training.The overall satisfaction rate of the trainees with the hospital internal training increased from 86.39%to 96.95%.Conclusion The“1+3+1”management mode of theADDIE-based internal training system for hospital overall quality management was successfully constructed and it is worth promoting.
