伴非自杀性自伤行为的青少年精神障碍患者家庭照顾者照护体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的 深入了解伴非自杀性自伤行为的青少年精神障碍患者家庭照顾者照护体验,为制定家庭干预策略提供参考。方法 采用目的抽样法选取伴非自杀性自伤行为的青少年精神障碍患者家庭照顾者10人,以现象学研究方法对家庭照顾者进行半结构式深度访谈收集资料。采用Colaizzi 7步分析法提炼主题。结果 提炼出4个主题,即对非自杀性自伤认知不足、家庭压力大、复杂的负性情感、反思与成长。结论 需加强家庭照顾者对青少年非自杀性自伤相关知识普及,重视照顾者心理负担,加强家庭干预,改善照顾者心理状况。Objective To understand the lived experience of family caregivers caring for adolescents with mental disorders associated with non-suicidal self-injury behavior,and to provide references for formulating family intervention strategies.Methods This study followed phenomenological approach to describe the experience of ten family caregivers.Data were collected using individual,seme-structured,in-depth interviews.The interview transcriptions were analyzed using Colaizzi′s method.Results Four themes of family caregivers′experience emerged,including insufficient cognition of non-suicidal self-injury,high family pressure,complex negative emotions,reflection and growth.Conclusion It is necessary to popularize the knowledge of adolescent non-suicidal self-injury,pay attention to caregivers′psychological burden,strengthen family intervention,and improve mental health of caregivers.
