摘  要:城市轨道交通工程往往受管线改迁工作制约,影响工程实施进度。通过优化施工方案避免重大管线迁改,可有效推进工程进展并节约工程投资。基于此,文章以宁波地铁7号线明俞工作井110 kV高压线下施工为例,通过低净空成槽机成槽、钢筋笼分节吊装、MJS垂直加固及盾构平移等施工工艺,成功实现了110 kV高压线下(限高9 m)盾构工作井的安全快速施工,有效地避免了管线改迁,产生了良好的社会效益,可供类似工程参考。Urban rail transit projects are often constrained by pipeline relocation work,which affects the progress of project implementation.By optimizing the construction scheme to avoid major pipeline relocation,the project progress can be effectively promoted and the project investment can be saved.Based on this,this paper takes the construction of Mingyu working shaft of Ningbo Metro Line 7 under 110 kV high voltage wire as an example.Through the construction technology of low-clearance grooving by trenching machine,segmented hoisting of steel cage,MJS vertical reinforcement and shield translation,the safe and rapid construction of the shield working shaft under 110 kV high voltage wire(with a height limit of 9 m)is successfully realized,which effectively avoids the pipeline relocation and produces good social benefits.It can be used as a reference for similar projects.
