摘 要:目的:探讨CT检测联合多种肿瘤标志物对非小细胞肺癌早期诊断的临床意义。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年1月临沂市中心医院收治的非小细胞肺癌患者100例为观察组;选取同期良性肺部病变患者100例为对照组。两组患者均先接受CT检查再开展肿瘤标志物检查,评估联合检查准确率。结果:观察组癌胚抗原、糖类抗原125、细胞角质蛋白21-1片段水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合检查非小细胞肺癌检出率高于单独检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CT检测联合多种肿瘤标志物可提高非小细胞肺癌早期诊断检出率,弥补单纯使用CT检测准确率低的缺陷。Objective:To explore the clinical significance of CT detection combined with multiple tumor markers in the early diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:One hundred patients with non-small cell lung cancer admitted to Linyi Central Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the observation group.One hundred patients with benign lung disease were selected as control group.Patients in both groups received CT detection before tumor marker detection to evaluate the accuracy of combined detection.Results:The levels of carcinoembryonic antigen,carbohydrate antigen 125 and cytokeratin 21-1 fragments in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of non-small cell lung cancer by combined detection was higher than that by single detection,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CT detection combined with multiple tumor markers can improve the early detection rate of non-small cell lung cancer and make up for the low accuracy of CT detection alone.
