摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺钼靶X线摄影与乳腺磁共振成像(MRI)对乳腺癌病灶的诊断价值。方法:选取2018年3月—2020年12月上海市松江区中心医院收治的乳腺癌患者102例为观察对象,均行乳腺钼靶X线检查与MRI检查。将乳腺钼靶X线检查作为对照组,MRI检查作为观察组,将手术或穿刺活检作为金标准。观察乳腺癌病灶学分布,X线图像与MRI图像表现,比较两种检查方式的灵敏度、特异度和准确度。结果:病理结果显示102例患者共计117个病灶均为恶性;观察组灵敏度、特异度和准确度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:乳腺MRI检查在灵敏度、特异度和准确度高于乳腺钼靶X线。但两种检查均有优势和劣势,应将乳腺MRI与乳腺钼靶X线互相结合分析,提高患者的生存率和生活质量。Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of mammography and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in breast cancer.Methods:A total of one hundred and two patients with breast cancer admitted to Shanghai Songjiang District Central Hospital from March 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the observation objects,all of whom underwent mammography and MRI examination.Molybdenum target mammography was used as the control group,MRI was used as the observation group,and surgery or puncture biopsy was used as the gold standard.The noriological distribution,X-ray and MRI images were observed,and the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the two methods were compared.Results:Pathological results showed that 117 lesions in 102 patients were malignant.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Conclusion:The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of breast MRI are higher than mammography.However,both of the two examinations have advantages and disadvantages.It is necessary to combine breast MRI with mammography to improve the survival rate and quality of life of patients.
