《神农本草经》与经方应用之附子篇

摘　　要：《神农本草经》(《本经》)所载药物功效是张仲景辨证组方的依据,附子在《本经》中被列为下品。分析《伤寒杂病论》中含附子经方的主治及配伍特点,认为附子辛温发散可祛风寒而治疗咳逆邪气,温暖脾肺而治疗金创,散寒通结而破症坚、积聚、血瘕,疏通经脉而治疗寒湿踒躄、拘挛、膝痛不能行步,并通过桂枝加附子汤、肾气丸、附子粳米汤、黄土汤、薏苡附子败酱散、桂枝芍药知母汤等方剂阐述附子的临床应用。除《本经》所载功效外,张仲景运用附子的经方亦有新的发挥,多配伍干姜以回阳救逆,如四逆汤、通脉四逆汤等。The medicinal efficacy in Shennong’s Classic of Materia Medica(Shennong’s Classic),is the basis of ZHANG Zhongjing’s differentiation and prescription.Fuzi(Aconti Lateralis Radix Praeparaia)is categorized as the low grade in Shennong’s Classic.The indications and compatibility characteristics of the formulas containing Fuzi in Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases were analyzed and it was believed that Fuzi is acrid in flavor and warm in property and mainly used to disperse wind-cold and treat cough with dyspnea caused by pathogenic qi,to warm spleen and lung,to heal trauma,to dissipate cold and resolve fixed abdominal mass,accumulations and movable abdominal mass with blood,to dredge meridians for the treatment of limp and spasm of legs due to cold-dampness,contracture,inability to walk due to pain of the feet.The clinical application of Fuzi was described by Guizhi Jia Fuzi Decoction(桂枝加附子汤),Shenqi Pill(肾气丸),Fuzi Jingmi Decoction(附子粳米汤),Huangtu Decoction(黄土汤),Yiyi Fuzi Baijiang Powder(薏苡附子败酱散),Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction(桂枝芍药知母汤),etc..In addition to the efficacy recorded in Shennong’s Classic,ZHANG Zhongjing developed the classical formulas containing Fuzi.Fuzi was often combined with Ganjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma)to rescue from collapse by restoring yang,represented by Sini Decoction(四逆汤)and Tongmai Sini Decoction(通脉四逆汤),etc..
