锂辉石对碳化硅基复相陶瓷热膨胀及显微结构的影响

摘  要:采用近零膨胀材料β-锂辉石作为高温结合剂,通过常压烧结制备碳化硅基复相陶瓷材料,研究β-锂辉石质量分数为25%~40%、烧结温度为1500~1600℃复相陶瓷的致密性、显微结构和热膨胀系数。结果表明:β-锂辉石高温熔融产生液相能包裹碳化硅颗粒,烧结过程中锂辉石的相变在一定程度提高了材料致密性。复相陶瓷中玻璃相含量是引起热膨胀系数升高的主要原因。当β-锂辉石添加比为35%时,在1600℃烧结下的复相陶瓷的热膨胀系数低于1550℃,且杨氏模量有小幅增加。Usingβ-spodumene as high-temperature binder,silicon carbide-based composite ceramic materials were prepared by pressureless sintering.The densification,microstructure and coefficient of thermal expansion(CET)of composite ceramics withβ-spodumene content of 25%~40%and sintering temperature of 1500~1600℃were studied.Results indicated that SiC particles were wrapped by liquid phase ofβ-spodumene produced in the high temperature.The phase transition of spodumene during the sintering process could promote the densification of composite ceramics to a certain extent,and the content of glass phase in the composite ceramics was the main reason for the increase of thermal expansion coefficient.When the addition ratio ofβ-spodumene was 35%,the thermal expansion coefficient of the composite ceramics sintered at 1600℃was lower than 1550℃,and there was slightly increase in Young’s modulus.
