摘  要:白念珠菌是人体中常见的共生菌,在健康个体中常常是无害的,但因它也是重要的机会性致病真菌,所以当几个因素共存并且免疫力紊乱的情况下可以引起一系列严重的浅表或全身性感染疾病。白念珠菌主要毒力因素之一是生物被膜,它是一种紧密包装的细胞群落,可以在非生物和生物基质上生长,包括植入的医疗设备和粘膜表面。白念珠菌生物被膜能有效地抵御机体免疫力和抗真菌药物,诱导白念珠菌耐药性增加,加大了治疗的困难,使生物被膜相关感染成为临床挑战。本文主要综述了白念珠菌生物被膜形成及耐药的研究进展。C.albicans is a common commensal in the human body and is often harmless in healthy individuals,but because it is also an important opportunistic pathogenic fungus,it can cause a range of serious superficial or systemic infections when several factors coexist and immunity is disrupted.One of the major virulence factors of C.albicans is a biofilm,which is a tightly packed community of cells that can grow on abiotic and biotic substrates,including implanted medical devices and mucosal surfaces.C.albicans biofilms can effectively resist body immunity and antifungal drugs,inducing an increase in C.albicans drug resistance and increasing the difficulty of treatment,making biofilm-associated infections become a clinical challenge.This paper reviews the progress of research on biofilm formation and drug resistance in C.albicans.
