基于CiteSpaceⅤ的国内护士情绪智力研究热点知识图谱分析

摘　　要：目的分析护士情绪智力研究领域热点,以促进我国护士情绪智力研究的完善。方法检索2017-2022年公开发表在中国知网、维普数据库和万方数据库中有关护士情绪智力的中文文献,通过不同数据库中的文献量的年度分布,利用NoteExpress管理文献和CiteSpaceⅤ软件中的关键词共现、聚类分析和突现词分析来分析该领域的热点。结果共检索有关护士情绪智力相关中文文献752篇,关键词共现显示,其研究热点集中在护士、情绪智力、职业倦怠、情绪劳动、焦虑等方面;文献选取8个聚类为情绪管理、焦虑、负性情绪、情绪智力、情绪劳动、心理护理、精神科、压力源。结论目前护士情绪智力相关文献在持续增长,研究热点集中在心理护理、焦虑等方面的现状调查,护理研究者及护理管理者应该借鉴现有的研究热点,深入研究该领域的相关研究,利于对我国护士群体研究领域的不断发展。Objective To analyze the research hotspots of nurses'emotional intelligence,so as to promote the improvement of nurses'emotional intelligence research in China.Methods The Chinese literature on nurses'emotional intelligence published in CNKI,VIP database and Wanfang database from 2017 to 2022 was retrieved.Through the annual distribution of literature in different databases,the hotspots in this field were analyzed by NoteExpress management literature and keyword co-occurrence,cluster analysis and burst word analysis in CiteSpaceⅤ software.Results A total of 752 Chinese literatures related to nurses'emotional intelligence were retrieved.Keywords co-occurrence showed that the research hotspots focused on nurses,emotional intelligence,job burnout,emotional labor,anxiety and so on.Eight clusters were selected as emotional management,anxiety,negative emotions,emotional intelligence,emotional labor,psychological care,psychiatry,and stressors.Conclusion At present,the literature on nurses'emotional intelligence continues to grow,and the research hotspots focus on the investigation of the status quo of psychological care,anxiety and other aspects.Nursing researchers and nursing managers should learn from the existing research hotspots and study the related research in this field in depth,which is conducive to the continuous development of the research field of nurses in China.
