摘  要:目的探究葫芦茶总多酚超声-微波协同提取工艺。方法以葫芦茶总多酚提取率为评价指标,采用Box-Behnken效应面法对提取工艺进行优化,通过回归方程得出最优方案。结果最佳提取工艺为提取溶剂80%乙醇,微波功率设定385 W,超声功率设定367 W,提取时间24 min,液料比20 ml/g,提取2次,葫芦茶总多酚提取率为3.83%。结论该工艺稳定可行,且能有效提取葫芦茶总多酚。Objective To optimize extracting technology for total polyphenol in herba tadehagi triquetri by ultrasonic-microwave synergistic.Methods The extraction process was optimized by Box-Behnken response surface method with the extraction rate of total polyphenols in herba tadehagi triquetri as the evaluation index,and the optimal scheme was obtained by regression equation.Results The optimum extraction process was as follows:extraction solvent 80%ethanol,microwave power 385 W,ultrasonic power 367 W,extraction time 24 min,liquid-solid ratio 20 ml/g,extraction 2 times,the extraction rate of total polyphenols was 3.83%.Conclusion The process is stable and feasible,and can effectively extract the total polyphenols from herba tadehagi triquetri.
