摘　　要：目的探讨CXCR4表达与多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者临床病理特征的联系,并评估CXCR4表达在MM中的预后意义。方法检索PubMed、EMBase、Cochrane Clinical Trial、中国知网、万方数据库、维普中文期刊服务平台及中国生物医学文献数据库获取相关文献,并对检索到的文献进行筛选和数据提取。使用Stata 14.0软件进行数据分析。结果最终纳入6项研究,共697例MM患者。Meta分析结果表明CXCR4表达与MM疾病进展(HR=3.80,95%CI:1.75~8.24,P=0.001)相关,而与患者的总生存期(HR=1.46,95%CI:0.39-5.50,P=0.579)无关。此外,CXCR4表达与SDF-1表达(OR=2.55,95%CI:1.30~4.98,P=0.006)显著相关。结论CXCR4表达是MM患者无进展生存的预测因子,与MM疾病进展相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between CXCR4 expression and clinicopathological features in patients with multiple myeloma(MM),and to evaluate the prognostic significance of CXCR4 expression in MM patients.Methods The relevant literatures were obtained by searching PubMed,EMBase,Cochrane Clinical Trial,CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP Chinese journal service platform and Chinese biomedical literature database,and the retrieved literatures were screened and extracted.Stata 14.0 software was used for data analysis.Results Finally,6 studies involving 697 MM patients were included.Meta-analysis showed that CXCR4 expression was associated with MM disease progression(HR=3.80,95%CI:1.75-8.24,P=0.001),but not with overall survival(HR=1.46,95%CI:0.39-5.50,P=0.579).Furthermore,CXCR4 expression was significantly associated with SDF-1 expression(OR=2.55,95%CI:1.30-4.98,P=0.006).Conclusion CXCR4 expression is a predictor of progression-free survival in MM patients and is associated with MM disease progression.
