中医医院提高自身免疫性疾病自身抗体检测实习教学质量的经验总结

摘　　要：医学生的实习阶段是从校园生活走到工作岗位的必经阶段,是理论知识转化为实践能力的重要环节。广州中医药大学第一附属医院是一所集教育、医疗、科研于一体的综合性中医医院,该院检验科主要承担广州中医药大学医学检验本科班的学生的实习教学工作。随着科学技术的飞速发展,检验科陆续淘汰了繁琐的手工操作,建立起自动化仪器和信息系统相连接的自动化实验室,自身抗体检测主要由自动化仪器完成。然而,在这种新形势下,学生的实践技能未能得到有效的提升,理论知识也难以与临床实践相结合,不利于医学检验专业学生的培养和发展。笔者所在实验室的自身抗体检测的实习教学工作将PBL教学模式应用于实习教学的全过程,从理论学习、仪器操作、形态学辨认、病例分析等方面入手,注重巩固理论基础、提高仪器操作技能、树立全面质控观以及培养中西医辨证诊治理念,以期提高实习教学质量,学生充分掌握自身抗体测定在自身免疫性疾病诊断中的临床意义。同时调动学生的主观能动性,达到重视实习工作、提高实习效率的效果,为培养高素质的检验人才打下坚实的基础。The internship stage of medical students is a necessary stage from campus life to work,and it is an important link for the transformation of theoretical knowledge into practical ability.The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is a comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine hospital integrating education,medical treatment and scientific research.The Department of Laboratory of the hospital is mainly responsible for the internship and teaching of students in the undergraduate medical laboratory class of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.With the rapid development of science and technology,the Department of Laboratory gradually eliminated the tedious manual operation and established the automatic laboratory which is connected with the automatic instrument and the information system.Autoantibody detection is mainly done by automated instruments.However,in this new situation,students'practical skills can not be effectively promoted,and theoretical knowledge can not be combined with clinical practice,which is not conducive to the cultivation and development of medical laboratory students.The author applied PBL teaching model to the whole process of practice teaching in the laboratory,starting with theoretical study,instrument operation,morphological identification,case analysis and so on,in order to improve the quality of practice teaching,we should consolidate the theoretical basis,improve the instrument operation skills,establish the overall quality control concept and cultivate the concept of diagnosis and treatment based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,students should fully grasp the clinical significance of autoantibody determination in the diagnosis of autoimmune diseases.At the same time,it can arouse students'subjective initiative to pay attention to practice work and improve practice efficiency,which lays a solid foundation for cultivating high-quality test talents.
