摘　　要：长塘镇存在着网架薄弱、变电站布点不足、电能供应无法满足需求的问题.文章分析了长塘镇配电网现状,对长塘镇目标网架进行用电量预测及负荷预测,并从投资效益与敏感性两方面出发,对规划方案进行了经济性与不确定性分析评价.一方面,对比原定方案110kV变电站与建议方案35kV简易变电站的投资效益进行分析,另一方面,对建议方案35kV变电站进行敏感性分析,从而提出35kV简易变电站更适合运用于长塘镇目前的电网规划建设,可建设35kV简易变电站,以解决偏远山区 35kV变电站布点不足、110kV线路供电半径过长、电压偏低等问题.Changtang Town has the problems of weak grid structure,insufficient distribution of substations,and unsatisfactory power supply.This paper analyzes the current situation of the distribution network in Changtang Town,forecasts the power consumption and load of the target grid in Changtang Town.The paper also analyzes and evaluates the economic and uncertainty of the planning scheme from the aspects of investment efficiency and sensitivity.By comparing the investment benefit analysis of the original 110 kV substation and the proposed 35 kV simple substation,the proposed 35 kV substation is carried out by analyzing the effect.It is proposed that the 35 kV simple substation is more suitable for the current power grid planning of Changtang Town and building it is ok.In addition a 35 kV simple substation can be built to solve the problems of insufficient 35 kV substation distribution,long power supply radius of 110 kV line and low voltage reliability in remote mountainous areas.
