晶状体脱位继发性青光眼的手术方式探讨

摘　　要：目前,青光眼的发病率在全球不可逆性致盲性眼病中居于首位。导致青光眼发生的原因很多,其中晶状体脱位是引起继发性青光眼的重要原因之一,其主要表现为视力下降及眼压升高。为避免高眼压对视神经造成损害,降低晶状体脱位继发性青光眼患者的眼压迫在眉睫。单纯药物治疗晶状体脱位继发性青光眼的疗效不佳,主要手段还是手术治疗。本文根据晶状体脱位引起继发性青光眼的发病机制,对其手术治疗方式进行了归纳总结。At present,the incidence of glaucoma ranks first among irreversible blinding eye diseases in the world.There are many reasons for the occurrence of glaucoma,among which the dislocation of the lens is one of the important causes of secondary glaucoma,which is mainly manifested as decreased vision and increased eye pressure.In order to avoid damage to optic nerve caused by high intraocular pressure,it is urgent to reduce intraocular pressure in patients with secondary glaucoma caused by lens dislocation.Only drug treatment of secondary glaucoma with dislocation of lens is not good,the main means of surgical treatment.Based on the pathogenesis of secondary glaucoma caused by lens dislocation,the surgical treatment of secondary glaucoma was summarized.
