摘　　要：乡村振兴战略的实施为职业教育提出新的任务和使命。高职院校培训新型职业农民,不仅有助于提高农业农民收益,为乡村振兴提供人才引擎,也能够促进高职院校的教学改革。针对当前新型职业农民培训存在的问题,需要从培训宣传、培训内容、培训模式、培训方法等方面入手提升培训质量,以期将高职院校的智力支持优势与乡村振兴战略需求高度契合,为乡村振兴赋能。The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has set new tasks and missions for the vocational education.The training of new-type professional farmers in higher vocational colleges will not only help to improve the income of agricultural farmers,provide a talent engine for rural revitalization,but also promote the teaching reform in higher vocational colleges.In view of the problems existing in the current training of new-type professional farmers,we need to improve the training quality from the aspects of training publicity,training content,training mode,training method,etc,in pursuit of the correspondence of the higher vocational college’s intelligence support advantages and the strategic needs of rural revitalization.
