摘　　要：目的应用Meta分析系统评价耳穴贴压防治癌症相关性便秘的临床疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法双人独立检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wanfang Data)、维普数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、The Cochrane Library中有关耳穴贴压防治癌症相关性便秘的随机对照试验,检索时限为建库至2022年6月。运用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入21篇文献,共2149例患者Meta分析结果显示,试验组总有效率[OR=6.18,95%CI(4.04,9.46),P<0.00001]、便秘发生率[OR=0.17,95%CI(0.12,0.22),P<0.00001]、生活质量评分[SMD=-2.58,95%CI(-3.37,-1.79),P<0.00001]、便秘症状评分[SMD=-1.50,95%CI(-2.38,-0.61),P=0.0009]高于对照组,两组大便性状评分[MD=3.24,95%CI(-0.37,6.86),P=0.08]、不良反应发生率[OR=1.51,95%CI(0.61,3.73),P=0.37]差异无统计学意义。结论耳穴贴压可提高癌症相关性便秘的临床疗效,改善生活质量,且安全性较好。Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of auricular acupressure for the prevention and treatment of cancer-related constipation and its impact on patients'life quality using Meta-analysis.Methods Independently search was conducted for the Randomized controlled experiments(RCTs)concerning the prevention and treatment of cancer-related constipation by auricular acupressure from CNKI,Wanfang data,VIP,CBM,PubMed,EMbase,Web of Science and The Cochrane Library till June 2022.Meta-analysis and outcome index classification was conducted using RevMan 5.3 software.Results A total of 21 articles were included,covering 2149 patients.The results of meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate[OR=6.18,95%CI(4.04,9.46),P<0.00001],incidence of constipation[OR=0.17,95%CI(0.12,0.22),P<0.00001],quality of life score[SMD=-2.58,95%CI(-3.37,-1.79),P<0.00001)and constipation symptom score[SMD=-1.50,95%CI(-2.38,-0.61),P=0.0009]were higher than those of the control group,and there was no statistically significant difference in stool character scores[MD=3.24,95%CI(-0.37,6.86),P=0.08]and incidence of adverse reactions[OR=1.51,95%CI(0.61,3.73),P=0.37].Conclusion Auricular acupressure can improve the clinical efficacy and quality of life of cancer-related constipation with good safety.Conclusion Auricular acupressure can improve the clinical efficacy and quality of life of cancer-related constipation with good safety.
