摘　　要：产科医师能力提升课程以医学指南、专家共识及新技术为基准,编写了演练剧本,并拍摄了模拟演练视频,提倡一种全新的理论学习-剧本教学-视频培训的综合学习模式。该文通过选取住培学员分组对比研究表明,通过对产科住院医师规范化培训的学员进行产科医师能力提升课程的培训,可以更好地激发学员的学习兴趣,增长学员的理论知识,锻炼学员的临床思维能力,提高学员的动手能力,有利于提高产科住院医师规范化培训的效果及质量。The obstetrician competency development course is based on medical guidelines,expert consensus and new technologies,which has produced a training script and a simulation training video,proposed a new learning model:Theory learning-script teaching-video training comprehensive model.Standardized training for resident doctors is a continuing education and training system,of which the purpose is to cultivate good professional quality,solid medical theory foundation and rich practical ability of young doctors.It aims to cultivate high-quality medical professionals and improve the medical technology level of the hospitals.Through the training of this course,students’learning interest can be better stimulated,their practical ability can be improved,their theoretical knowledge can be increased,and their clinical thinking ability can be exercised,it is helpful to improve the effect and quality of standardized training of obstetrical resident.
