摘 要:目的:探讨在外科技能培训中以问题为导向学习+工作坊(PBL-Workshop)相结合的教学模式的应用。方法:选取安徽医科大学临床医学(农村免费定向)的医学生共72人,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用PBLWorkshop教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。将学生对老师教学方法的认可度以及两组学生的考核成绩统计后进行比较。结果:观察组学生的技能成绩和理论成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05);学生对教学认可度方面,观察组也优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PBL-workshop教学法可显著提高医学生的外科基本技能成绩和理论成绩,学生对老师教学方法的认可度也较高,该教学方式可在外科教学中推广使用。Objective:To explore the application of problem-oriented learning+workshop(PBL-Workshop)teaching mode in surgical skills training.Methods:A total of 72 medical students who entered the general practice order of Chaohu Clinical College of Anhui Medical University in 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group adopted the PBL-Workshop teaching method,and the control group adopted the traditional teaching method.The test scores of the two groups of students and the students'affirmation of the teacher's teaching methods were compared.Results:The skills and theoretical scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group.In terms of students'recognition of teaching,the observation group was also better than the control group(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The PBL-workshop teaching method can significantly improve medical students'skill scores and theoretical scores of basic surgical skills,and also help to improve students'recognition of teachers.This teaching method can be popularized and used in medical education.
