摘 要:近年来家具行业电子商务快速发展,针对家具行业电子商务运营模式,平台搭建等领域的研究日益丰富,但针对特定用户群体的电商家具设计角度讨论相对空缺。目前以“Z世代”为主的年轻一代逐渐走入职场,不同的工作生活特点使其对办公空间环境及办公家具提出了新的要求。本研究运用数量对比分析法,对京东、Overstock平台的办公家具椅类、桌类及储物类产品进行功能分析,并采用问卷法调研以“Z世代”为主年轻用户需求,运用语义微分法进行数据统计分析。提出电商时代下符合年轻一代需求的办公家具功能设计建议:功能部件可调节、配置功能配件以加强功能整合、适配办公空间场景、办公家具产品智能升级。In recent years,the e-commerce in the furniture industry has developed rapidly,and the research on the industry's e-commerce operation mode,platform building,and other fields is increasingly rich,but the discussion on the design of e-commerce furniture for specific user groups is relatively scarce.At present,the young generation,mainly"Generation Z,"has gradually entered the workplace.Different working and living characteristics make them put forward new requirements on the office space environment and office furniture.By means of quantitative comparative analysis,this study conducts a functional analysis of office chairs,desks,and storage products on JingDong(JD)and Overstock platforms through online research.It adopts the questionnaire method to investigate the needs of young users,mainly members of Generation Z,and the semantic differential method to conduct statistical analysis.It proposes a functional design strategy for office furniture that meets the needs of the young generation in the era of e-commerce:functional components can be adjusted,functional accessories can be configured to strengthen functional integration,adapt to the scene of office space,and intelligent upgrade of office furniture products.
