摘　　要：文章旨在探讨服务设计应用在失能老人延续性护理中所带来的服务理念与体验转变。从服务设计思维出发,分析了提升失能老人养老服务质量的重点、难点,结合延续性护理概念,基于对重庆青杠老年护养中心的深度调研,总结出服务设计应用在失能老人养老照护服务中所带来的变化,即:服务周期的延伸、服务对象的扩展、服务环节的连续、服务理念的升华。延续性护理养老服务设计通过医疗与养老资源的有机整合,建立起资源互通的新型服务系统,推动了养老模式的升级、优化,为我国失能老人的养老服务发展提供经验及参考。The purpose of this paper is to explore the transformation of service concept and experience brought by service design application in continuing care for the disabled and elderly.Starting from the thinking of service design,this paper analyzes the key points and difficulties of improving the quality of elderly care for the disabled.Combined with the concept of continuous care,and based on the in-depth investigation of the Qinggang elderly care center in Chongqing,this paper summarizes the changes brought about by service design application in elderly care for the disabled,namely:the extension of the service cycle,the extension of the service object,the continuity of the service link,and the sublimation of the service concept.The design of transitional nursing and pension services takes advantage of the organic integration of medical and pension resources,so as to establish a new service system of mutual communication of resources,promote and optimize the transformation of pension modes,and provide experience and reference for the development of pension services for the disabled elderly in China.
