摘 要:针对上下整体式铸造龙门式机身,本文运用SolidWorks三维造型软件进行了3D造型,根据其材质、结构特点设置了相应参数。首先对机身整体利用有限元仿真分析软件进行了机身静态受力分析,验证了机身设计的合理性,机身强度满足要求,并对机身的进一步优化设计提供了理论参考;随后对机身的固有模态分析,则验证了压机工作时发生共振的可能性较小,机身设计满足对压机振动特性的要求。Aiming at the upper and lower integrated casting gantry body,the solidworks 3D modeling software has been used for 3D modeling,while the corresponding parameters have been set on the basis of its material and structural characteristics.Firstly,the static force analysis of the body has been conducted by using finite element simulation analysis software to verify the rationality of the body design.The strength of the body meets the requirements,which provides a theoretical reference for further optimization design of the body.Subsequently,the natural mode analysis of the body verifies that the possibility of resonance occurring during the operation of the press is relatively low,and the design of the body meets the requirements for the vibration characteristics of the press.
