摘  要:目前热连轧机组支承辊的主流材质为Cr5锻钢,这种材质具有较高的耐磨性能,在机服役周期长。但同时该辊的成本也较高,若发生在机剥落异常事故,损失较大。造成的损失类型有:造成轧机长时间停机,影响轧机生产效率,进而产生停机经济损失;造成废钢损失及其它设备损坏损失;造成支承辊工作层损失。造成热连轧机组支承辊剥落的主要原因之一是辊身局部接触疲劳。本研究通过对某热连轧机组一支锻钢Cr5支承辊因局部接触疲劳导致辊身剥落的失效案例分析,获得对锻钢支承辊局部接触疲劳这一失效形式的深入剖析与认识,为该失效形式的及时发现和预防提供借鉴与参考性的指导。At present,the main material of the backup roll of the hot rolling mill is Cr5 forged steel,which has high wear resistance and long service life.However,at the same time,the cost of the roller is also high.If an abnormal peeling accident occurs on the machine,the loss is large.The types of losses caused are:causing the mill to stop for a long time,affecting the production efficiency of the mill,and then resulting in economic losses from shutdown;causing scrap steel loss and other equipment damage loss;causing the loss of backup roll working layer.One of the main causes of back-up roll peeling in hot strip mill is local contact fatigue of roll body.In this study,through the analysis of the failure case of a forged steel Cr5 backup roll caused by local contact fatigue in a hot rolling mill,the further analysis and understanding of the failure form of local contact fatigue of the forged steel backup roll is obtained,which provides reference guidance for the timely detection and prevention of this failure form.
