镀锌线薄板生产中退火炉的加热控制研究

摘　　要：基于对镀锌退火炉的加热控制功能的分析,结合生产线的实际情况,对不同规格的薄板制定出了不同的加热控制策略,即以不同的温度上升斜率来保证薄板升温过程的平稳进行。通过优化退火炉的加热控制策略,满足了镀锌薄板的生产需求。Based on the analysis of the heating control function of the galvanizing annealing furnace,combined with the actual situation of the production line,different heating control strategies have been formulated for different specifications of thin plates,that is,different temperature rise slopes are used to ensure the smooth heating process of thin plates.By optimizing the heating control strategy of annealing furnace,the production demand of galvanized sheet was met.
